Fast, French Fried Onion Coated - BAKED - Chicken!

Every so many weeks I decide that I hate chicken, and that there simply aren't anymore recipes left for chicken breast....and then I remember this one and chicken becomes delectable again! This dish is also great for those watching calories and carbs!

French Fried Onion Coated - Baked - Chicken
(Goes well with honey-mustard dressing)
Ingredients:

Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small chicken strip size pieces (the more uniform the better)

Mustard (Simple plain mustard, or change it up with spicy brown, Dijon-whatever you like!)

Packaged French fried onions- Crushed (The kind that are put on the notorious green bean casserole for the holidays) You'll probably need 1 package per 2 chicken breasts.

Pre-heat Oven to 375 degrees.

Coat chicken pieces in mustard, then fully coat in crushed onions. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy-for about 25-30 minutes.

(Every one's oven can be different so look for coating to be golden and crisp, always slice though a piece to be sure that its cooked thoroughly and juices are clear.)
